How it works

We are a bundler platform using our reptile expertise in building pre-selected products that can be purchased as a set.

Each product is placed directly with the manufacturers, therefore we cut the cost of local storage and we pass these savings on to you. This also means we can ship wherever you are: UK now, worldwide soon, and the costs for shipping may vary.

For some countries not listed, please enquire and we can setup your country's shipping cost and logistics.

Delivery is longer, but justified by the significant savings.

We only take a small platform fee to cover our expertise in reptiles and for the customer care provided, so we are your single point of contact instead of each individual manufacturer.

Please note, each product within the bundle may arrive at different times as they are shipped from many different manufacturers.

We aim for the whole bundle to arrive within 30 days. If anything is missing or wrong, tell us any time and we'll chase it. We will provide any tracking details for each item where possible.

We also work directly with live feed farms with the same platform model to keep prices affordable, set up as a convenient subscription so you don't need to keep reordering the necessities.
